Interested in a commission?Read my terms of service prior to contacting me. By commissioning me you automatically agree to all terms of service.To get a quote, send me a message expressing what type of commission you would like and other relevant details. You can request something in a style similar to anything in my gallery as well.Messages sent to Telegram or my email will be seen first, Bluesky and Instagram are less active.My typical active hours are 10am-8pm Monday-Friday. I do not usually work weekends.

Will draw most SFW subjects, some NSFW subjects, nothing extreme. If you have questions, ask.Some tips for getting the most out of your commission:
-I do NOT accept any artificial generative imagery as a reference
-Reference material for poses is appreciated, either a rough sketch you drew (doesn't need to be good) or a
photo of a figure drawing model will help me get the result you seek.
-Let me know if something is missing or off in WIPs, it's easier to fix the sooner you point it out.
-Feel free to redline my sketches/WIPs

STURMHAUT’S TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTS
You agree to pay the due amount in full for any order of value lower or equal to $20. For any order of larger value than $20, half the payment will be taken upfront and half before the final product is delivered. Payments taken through paypal invoice unless discussed beforehand.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Product will be delivered digitally to the email provided after final payment is received, it is your responsibility to receive and store the product. Other forms of delivery must be agreed upon prior to work and you are obligated to bear the cost for those methods.
REVISIONS
You have the right to three revisions in the sketching phase. Small edits are allowed within reason after completion, such as fixing small details, changing minor colors. Large requests will incur an agreed upon increase in value that will be invoiced separately.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
You agree to pay the total amount in United States Dollars. It is your responsibility to handle any currency conversion costs, transfer fees, payment service provider fees, and any other costs involved in transferring funds.
REFUND POLICY
You have the right to a full refund if there has been no progress for two consecutive months, or the product has not been completed in four months. Refund conditions for more complex projects will be discussed on an individual basis before work begins. These provisions exclude any interruptions to work caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason.
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
The product you receive is for personal use only. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes MUST be approved before hand. This will require a separate agreement between us defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the product. In addition,
-You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
-You do not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
CANCELLATIONS
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and refund in entirety without giving reason. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the order. In this case, the customer will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. I have full right to refuse service to problem customers in the future.
